Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cravio platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use Cravio.

1. Who can use Cravio

Cravio is a B2B platform — every order is placed on behalf of a company, not an individual. Signing up as a buyer requires a valid company with a correct tax ID (OIB). Signing up as a caterer requires a registered business and successful document verification.

Caterer and buyer accounts must be separate logins — the same account can't be both at once.

2. Orders and quotes

Orders within a caterer's own instant-confirm limit are processed immediately on submission. Orders above that limit become a quote request, which the caterer accepts, declines, or counters before it becomes a real order.

Each caterer independently sets minimum quantities, notice periods, delivery area, and daily capacity. Cravio checks these conditions automatically on every order.

3. Pricing, payment, and commission

Prices shown on the platform are the final price the buyer pays. Cravio earns a commission deducted from the amount paid out to the caterer — commission is never added on top of the price a buyer sees.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and order-change rules are set by each caterer individually and shown on their profile page before you order. Cravio does not guarantee refunds outside those rules.

5. Caterer obligations

A caterer operating through Cravio agrees to:

  • Fulfil accepted orders at the agreed time and quality.
  • Keep availability, pricing, and capacity information accurate.
  • Hold all permits required to prepare and deliver food.

6. Reviews

Only a company that actually received an order from that caterer may leave a review. Reviews must be honest and based on real experience — fake or malicious reviews may be removed.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Cravio to: misrepresent your identity or business, bypass the platform to avoid commission after an order has been initiated through Cravio, or engage in any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users.

8. Limitation of liability

Cravio is an intermediary platform — we facilitate the connection between companies and caterers, but the actual preparation and quality of food is the caterer's responsibility. Cravio is not liable for damages arising from food quality, delivery delays, or other caterer conduct, except to the extent required by Croatian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes are resolved before the competent court in Croatia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
